Kernel Crushing Plant
Plant that process the kernel into Crude Palm kernel Oil (CPKO) and Palm Kernel expeller using 2 stages screw-mechanical press machine. The pressed oil will flow through filter and stored in tank farm, and Palm kernel Expellers are sent to warehouse.
Refinery Plant
A processing plant that further refine Crude oil into more useful / refined products by removing all the waxes, gums, Free Fatty Acid (FFA), unpleasant odour and colour through bleaching and deodorizing process.
Lab Analyst
Our qualified analyst is ready on duty to ensure all products comply with customers’ requirements and specification upon delivery.
Laboratory Equipment
We consistently upgrade and conduct regular calibration on our laboratory equipment to ensure accurate result with the most efficient time as part of our quality assurance.
Steam Boiler Plant
An independent supporting-plant that generates steam to support production facilities and ensure continuous production. As part of the program to support green energy and environment-friendly, the boiler uses biomass as the main fuel produces clean energy.
Tank Farm
Our well-designed tank farm with huge storage capacity up to 20,000 ton to support our production and ensure our customers products always maintained at its premium quality.
